Morning mate, yeah had a good day, track was tricky lots of slop but got grippier through the day. Only did a couple of timed runs but managed to knock off 8s between the two so pretty cool! Difficult to get a clean run though! How was the gig? Did you get trashed?

A mate of mine Karl ( freemason32 ) is planning a trip to Llandegla on 15th Feb if any of you guys fancy a day hitting a trail centre. If you aint been before it’s no good for a DH bike but it is a wicked trail, fast and flowing with loads of little jumpy fun bits. I might take my hardtail just for a laugh. If anyone’s up for it let us know. H.

oh yes it most certainly has mate - almost built - just having a longer brake hose put on at rutland cycles cos i dont like hydro fluid all over the ploace and thats bound to happen if i play with it - god its light and looks superb with the red wheels - i'll get a piccy up asap

The Cast is off!! Yay!!!

The wrist is still sore and swollen and I have a left arm as thin as a whippets front leg!
Plus the Doc told me I can't ride downhill for another month!! Boo!!!
On the mend though so hope to be back on the hill soon :-)
